Up for grabs is a small blue collar for dogs. I bought this for our Jack Russell pup and it was way to big! This would fit a dog about the size of a Yorkshire terrier. All my items come from a smoke free home. I only ship once a week. I am a very busy mom of 4 kids. I only ship to the US. Sorry no international shipping. Sorry no shipping to Canada. What are the lengths please?

The Blue collar is about 10 inches unsnapped and the Green on does not open because it tightens when they walk on the leash but the opening of it is about 4 inches.
