I'm new to the site as well, but I can tell you that the FAQ can be found under the "Support" page. Just scroll to the bottom of the page to find "support." Also, Listia is kinda a glorified trading system. You trade something you don't want for something you do want. You can ask your bidders to pay shipping if you want, but you get more bids if you pay shipping yourself. In the end, it's just like you paid shipping for the thing you wanted, instead of the things you gave away. I hope the FAQ helps, and you have fun on Listia. I know that I am loving it, and I haven't even won anything yet!
