PROS:
GALAXY S4 by SAMSUNG in charcoal gray...16gb. internal memory with micro SD card slot for expansion. This phone is NOT unlocked and is dedicated to Verizon. Battery is good OEM and hold its charge. I'll include charging wire but I do not have the outlet piece.
CONS:
Although this phone is operational it does have multiple cracks in the first layer screen. The touchscreen is fully operational...front facing camera is working but it seems the proximity meter is NOT working properly. The phone doesn't quite know when the screen should light or go dark...you have to tell it.

I would still be using it but I found out I was eligible for an upgrade so I went for it.

Please view pics to see screen damage. Pics are of different screens..I am trying to show the touchscreen still works. Screen protector is still in place..I'm hoping it helps slow any new cracks from forming...but that still may happen.

Currently fully functional (ex. proximity) but no guarantees are offered or implied as to how long that may last.
