I will double check in the morning, but believe it is a Medium or a Large. It was too tight when I tried it on and I wear mostly XL, so Large. So it has never been worn. Thank you. This is a photograph I took of the actual item, not some stock photo by the way.

This would be a great Christmas present for me since I just had a baby do you know if it works well
