well..if you were ever in a naked and afraid situation or any in the woods and needed fire situation. Firstly you would gather some dry tinder in the area and wood. Set up your campfire with some of the wood and tinder. Now all you need is fire. you would then make a small indention in a flat piece of wood set aside so your firestarter (black key looking side) wont move when striking. Next place tinder where you will be striking you want your tinder in a bunched up pile; firmly holding the black side of your firestarter in the place you created ;strike with the red side causing sparks that will catch your tinder this should result in smoke from your tinder when this happens gently scoop up the tinder and blow softly till smoke becomes fire and place in your campfire. Enjoy your fire. :)
