I wanted to contact you regarding your "gay pride bottle cap" auction. Since you are selling 20 bottle caps, I am assuming that you are reselling 20 from the original lot of 63 that you had originally won on here and that you are not copying or printing your own copies of this other seller's design. If I am correct and these are the same physical items that you originally won, and not copies/duplicate/replicates, then you are perfectly within your rights to resell these.

I have advised the original seller as such. Due to the drama in the comments on your listing, I would suggest that you remove this listing and relist it. I could remove the comments, but since it is already a target, relisting it would be the best option.

If, however, these are copies or replicas, then please be aware that they would not be allowed to be relisted and the original seller would be within her rights to have us remove it.

I just want to clear up any confusion. The "gay pride" bottle caps were approved. Any copyrighted characters (e.g. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Care Bears, Angry Birds, etc) are not allowed and cannot be included in this listing.
