For the 1st picture

unfortantley i cannot ship local pickup only

this is a very tall four step climber with house on top.

the roof of it has come slightly apart on top but nothing that cannot be repaired.

a little wear and tear from my cats but all in all ggoood shape .i paid 100.+ for this new.
i have two others in pic that i am putting up also
