Good question and Im glad you ask since i see I forgot to mention. No it does not, I only have one charger of that type and it fits my daughters phone. It was activated before but when I changed to sprint they transferred my number to my new phone. If you already have Alltel you just simply log in or call and switch your number to this phone, If not you will have to purchase minutes or a minute plan and activate it under the new number.
