are these adult size rings?

Yes, as long as you wear a size 9 or 10. Rings are sized the same, regardless of if they're mens or womens rings, but usually children wear up to about size 6 then women wear a range from 6-10 or 11 normally but it all depends on the size of your rings. If you are unsure what size you wear, you can search online for a ring sizer which requires printing something out or some of them tell you to use a piece of string to measure your finger.
