The listing, needlepoint canvas has ended.
GORGEOUS hand painted needlepoint canvas, almost exactly 12 inches square. Hand painted by me several years ago. This does not include yarn, but the pattern is easy enough to follow if you are intermediate or advanced. I personally think a smart beginner could totally do this. The double pics are one pic with a flash and one without, trying to give you a good idea of the colors. The background is a creamy yellow, the flowers are gradients of pink. It was painted with acrylics, not sure the gauge of the canvas, but when I was making these I actually used embroidery floss, not yarn, to make them and as I recall it took either 6 or 8 individual strands of floss thread, I think that is two less than a normal floss rope/cord/whatever it is called. I liked to make my own colors by mixing different threads from different strands...yes, it is a miracle I ever got anything done.
