Someone told Me they bloom every 2 yrs but i dont believe that my plants arent that old

Oh My It is a small one. I have no way of measuring it because it is still planted outdoors and it is raining.Right now it would fit into a cup size planter.Hope this helps. It is only been growing off the mother plant now for about 2 weeks.

I have never seen it either. I have a bunch in my front yard and every one of them have bloomed.
