Another item from our collectables which have been in storage for many years.
This a really great set of vintage bookends (at least 20+ years old). They are in great condition and have lots of years of use left in them! The stands are wood: bottoms are 5 1/2" long X 3 1/4" wide X 1/2" thick; ends are 3 1/2" wide X 5 3/4" tall X1/2" thick w/rounded tops. The globes are approximately 4" in diameter with historical world maps, they spin freely on their axis within the 5" diameter, latitude/longitude marked, black plastic circles. The bottoms have a suede type material glued on & each has a "Made In Hong Kong" sticker.
The suede-type material on one of the book ends has some wrinkles in it, like it may have gotten wet at some time in the past, but this does not interfere with it standing even/flat
