it will also include earphone not apples but still sound ok and a usb cable for charging. The battery has been replaced about a month ago works great i will format back to factory before shipping thanks and have a great day o yes it has normal ware on it

depends on the one you have if you have the 5 gen nano yes it's kind of hard it take's me about 2 hours to change one if the 30 gb classic not really hard
