I wish it was, but no, sorry. It's a disposable lighter not built to be refillable. To tell you the truth, because of how it's built with the stash compartment the reservoir filled with butane fluid is pretty small and the gas doesn't even last very long... But if you think about it, people will steal a lighter that's working. As soon as it's out of fluid, someone might come by and see it sitting on a table, try it realizing that it's dead, and toss it back on the table. Keeping whatever you have stashed inside, that much more safe from being stolen. So to me, the sooner it runs out of fluid, the better it is to stash stuff in... Just a thought.
