You are bidding on Polar Bear #8 from the McDonald's "Amazing Wildlife" series released in 1995. There were eight of these little soft plush animals in the series. This is a Great National Wildlife Federation collectible. Yours comes in the original sealed package. This one has been taken out so you could get a better view.
