am sorry to quip in but that does not make sense the same stereo plug i plug into my pc i can plug into my receiver, tv, dvd player... where ever there is a headphone audio jack....

I have tried and it will not fit my phone, tablet, or TV. Its a larger size than a headphones jack, don't know what to tell you. This is not the same size.

How are the speakers powered? USB , A/C adapter , or audio jack?

An audio jack, however its larger than headphones jack, tablet jack, and other items that take a regular jack. Check the last picture, it compares the two sizes! hope that will help!! Thanks for the interest!

Its a jack made especially for computer. This jack is NOT the same jack as your headphones. Tablet, or TV. That being said there is probably so adapter you could get, they work great!!

Cut it and put your own jack on it! If I win I'm shocking them up to my tv it has RCA jacks so I will cut it off and wire RCA jacks to it. It very easy just need electrical tape.

they will work for a tablet if the tablet has 3.5mm jack, a lot of them do. Also, a lot of smart phones do. If your headphones will plug into the 3.5mm jack then these speakers will also, I have the exact set.

Maybe but i have the newest samsung galaxy 5 alpha (better than the galaxy s 5] and it will not work on mine. i'm not saying it wouldn;t work if you bought an adapter, that's a whole different issue. good luck, hope it works!

It won't work on my netbook but i;m not sure about a regular laptop. i'd rather be honest and loose your bid han you win and hey not work. maybe if you spilt the wires as the man in the previous omment said, it woulld probably work. thanks for your interet!!
