I purchased this dress at CATO in a girls size 16 which is also a juniors medium/large. I wear a juniors medium/large and it fits me perfectly, and the bust has a good bit of room whether you are small or large busted, it can stretch or fit your shape. I wear a 36D and it fit just as good when my mother tried it on as a 38C, and it fit wonderfully on both. I have worn this dress one time to church, and that's it. It is in perfect condition, I scammed it over quite a few times to make sure! It's machine washable too! I beleive the material is a polyester, and its stretchy, but very comfortable.
