This is NOT a new phone, or newer phone. However, it is a good phone with a clean imei so you can just pop your card in and go. This is a Verizon phone, it is as it would be if bought from the retailer, no mods or rooting or any funny business. Bought this for a friend (as a temp) awhile back just in case it took awhile to get another one. Needless to say, he didn't need it and here it is.
It may say Android on it but if so it is one of the first versions. Slide out keyboard, everything works. Takes the universal mini usb charger. No need to ask if it is clean because YES it is, that is my final answer and I'm sticking to it! Lol.

I think you have the wrong model name - a Moment is a Sprint phone and this is a Verizon phone possibly a Brightside. I think it also is a CDMA type phone that does not use a SIM card.

Probably. It is a dinosaur though. This is when 3g was the only option. I saw the OPERA mini browser on it!!! Lol!
