The listing, Mini Skirt Collection / Lot of 4 Junior Lg. 11/13 has ended.

The elastic waist band on all of them measure at about 13" at rest and when stretches out to 18".From the top of the waist band to hem they are all about 15" long. The Gold ones tag reads a Medium 7-9, but the other 3 Tags read large and/or 11-13.
