it is leather (brown) on outside, gray, micro-suede on inside. has inside storage, four point mounting system, hand strap, and is designed to stand for hands free reading. I took it out of the package for pictures only. it is new.

I don't have one that size to check it physically, but I don't think so. I think it would allow too much room inside, I don't think it would snap in and stay put. hope this helps.
