Brand new still in plastic. All the stamps on my auction are new, that's why I said mint, they're in perfect condition.... No folds, creases, tears, bends, stains.... Nothing my friend.

Can you ship them 1st class? It should be $3 or less. It's ok to cut the pages to fit a smaller envelope.

Philsev they could but this is a complete set of collectible stamps in Mint condition, their probably worth more like this.
