toy/figurine of Togepi, new with tag. my son won this in auction but it wasn't quite what he wanted. seems to be a very hard vinyl or plastic material. I can't read the tag it is in another language. I sat it beside coke can to show size. still has wrapper on it, I just pushed it back for picture. has been kept covered, not played with or handled. will ship free with tracking. I try to ship within a few days, but have a few obligations this week so it will ship within the 7 day Listia rule.
