Description
The listing, ZTE Concord Smartphone - T-Mobile has ended.
Up for auction is a ZTE Concord smartphone (model Z768) currently locked to T-Mobile. I won it on Listia and the seller was not honest with me nor in his listing about the condition of this phone. There seems to be something wrong with the charging port (that was the diagnosis given by a cell phone repair shop when I took it to be checked out). The phone does not charge properly, but the battery that is with it is in fair condition. The port issue would need to be repaired in order for this phone to work well.
Otherwise the phone is in good and functioning condition. There is a small crack at the bottom corners of the screen, but it does not affect visibility or functionality. I will be including the battery, but not a charger (it takes a regular microUSB).
I usually ship Priority Mail within 3 days of the auction's close. Any questions? Please ask. Happy Bidding!
Questions & Comments
You should have opened a dispute against the seller for not describing their listing accurately & got your credits back. I hate it when sellers are dishonest and try to pawn off their defective items on other unknowing people. Why can't people just be honest these days, ya know? Anyways, sorry for ranting but thank you for being honest and accurately describing your item!
Thank you for the encouragement! I am relatively new to Listia and have been having a difficult personal life, so I didn't realize that a disbute was even an option. Well, I will keep it in mind for the future. Happy 2015!
I don't know. Currently, I was using using another similar phone to charge the battery, to factory reset, take the pictures and to make sure that it has a full battery for whoever wins it.
