This is a Metro PCS LG phone- used. Someone gave me this phone to use when I didn't have one. They said it worked fine. I never used it as my kids bought me a new one. It has a few scratches, but nothing too bothersome. Otherwise, seems to be in great condition. It lights up when charged but needs to have pre paid start up I would think. I think it has a camera too.-

If you mean making phone calls, then yes I'm sure you could. I think it just has to be activated like any other cell phone. I never got that far and no need to be sorry. If this phone would turn out not to be useable, I would refund credits, but I don't think my friend would tell me it worked fine if it didn't.
