You are bidding on a used HTC My-touch 4g Working smartphone from T-mobile. The phone is in good used shape and works as it should EXCEPT that it needs a new battery. I charge it and you can use it fine..however after using it for only a little while..it dies..sometimes I have it at full charge, then go to take a picture and after the third picture it dies...

So winning bidder must understand that you will need to order a battery to have a fully functioning phone. You can get them on Amazon for under $7.
