This is a full operational Sprint HTC EVO 4G with Beats Audio. This phone was only a month old when it was replaced by a Galaxy Note. There is white and black protective case and the charger that comes with it. As pictured there is a small crack in the top of the case, this was a result of removing the protective case and does not effect the operation of the phone. This phone is guaranteed to work upon receipt. No return or refund after one day, check it and it works, no return. It arrives and doesn't turn on return it.
