Ok, maybe someone asked and I missed it- are these used? If so, did they get bleached? To kill any cooties...if I win these, and they don't fit, I know lots of doggies around here!! Want to get my boy a pr of these for the summer and the screaming hot sidewalks!!! : )

I measured the bottom of these doggie boots the black part only which was 2 3/4'' length wide is 2''
