The listing, Kids Crayola Digital Camera has ended.

I bought this for my son in 2008. He used it a few times, but was never really into it. It takes photos and videos. There is no flash. Uses three AA batteries, an SD memory card, and connects to a computer with a mini USB port. Included is a cd-rom with photo editing software that came with the camcorder. I tried to sell this in a yard sale a while back, hence the $5.00 price tag in the second photo.

Yes. It does color changes, embossing, reverse lighting, b&w for video. you can add sound tracks and credits.

I was confused the first time that happened to me too. it means that the highest bid is actually a lot higher than the second highest bid. With this bidding system , the bid that is shown is just above the second highest bid. So if one person starts the bid at 25, it will go to 1 credit. If another person then bids 5, it will go to 6, but the first person will still be the high bidder.
