Brand new pair of navy blue lycra opaque tights. size says 7-10 with no other mention of what that means!!

update: these are definitely girls 7-10 - i held up against one of my tights and they are half the size. not sure why they have a young lady picture on cover of them. sorry about that. i don't even have a girl that i would have bought these for.
