Really cute women's top, size 1x. This top fits more like an XL in my opinion. Its too tight for me : ( my loss is your gain though. This top comes from Fashion Bug and has been hanging in my closet for awhile now. This pretty top has never been worn, only tried on and still has the tags on it with a $22.99 price tag. The maker is "one step up" its black background with pink, purple and a shimmery silver. This is such a cute shirt that can be dressed up or down, it has short sleeves and a round neck. It also has rucheing on the side with a tie string to tighten or loosen it up! The print is kind of a splatter print and a few small stars. Its 65% cotton and 35% Rayon.
