Thanks for asking. The package doesn't indicate a size, but your question caused me to carefully open the package, finding that the booties have velcro straps on the back of each to allow for multi-sizes of animals. I also believe they could easily be used for various sized house hats also, but i think a Great Dane or other of the larger breeds would have difficulty fitting into them. i updated the description due to your question. Thanks again.
The pad itself measures 1.5" square, but because it's attached to the bottom of a sock-like bootie and has a velcor adjustable strap at the back of the upper end, it can stretch to a much larger size than that and still fit well.
I don't think I'd use them outdoors, but they'd be great indoors, especially if you have tile, linoleum, or hardwood floors. You could use them outdoors, but would be very beneficial if they got wet at all.
Yes, it's cold here in Maine! You.really need to know what size they are otherwise the dog will walk right out of them trust me this is experience talking. You have to go buy the size of the leg above the dew claw. Isn't there any sizeing on the package or a tag? I am very interested my poor little guy's paws are becoming sensitive to the snow and the salt. He whines and whimpers. I have a min-pin/poodle his name is Jaxson.
