Shipping equals what the post office charges. Handling is what I charge for materials (box/envelope/package, tape, packing). Handling is 15% (or max of $3) of whatever shipping is.

If I don't offer GIN, Free Shipping or more/less days, there is a reason so please don't ask for them.
