im not sure the size of the ring but on the inside it says 18kt and something else im sure its really hard to read i got tis antique ring from my great grandmother

I'm somewhat confused by the description on this. Maybe I'm reading it wrong?

You say 18k then 14k. What does the stamp on the inside of the band say? Also, are these genuine diamonds and real pearl or simulated, faux or lab created?

Do you know if the ring is solid gold or is it plated or filled/ Thanks!

the gold is 18kt and the diamonds are 14kt this ring was given to me fom my great grandmother
