Yes it is - I got it as part of a promo and don't need it. The next parts in that series are quite expensive though

Say for some reason this was going to be opened; is Batman posable & does the Batmobile slide open?

From what it looks like both items are attached to the bottom part with eithe glue or something else. And it doesn't look like there are any parts that would open on the Batmobile.

OOPS, just saw the ruler picture. Sorry. Looks like a 1:18 or 1:24 scale. I only ask because my hubby loves these kinds of cars and want to be sure it is the size he would want it to be if he got it for himself. :) L
