Red and Black Pop Pickup Dress by Torrid. Plus size 26. New With Tags!! Hook & eye and zipper closure.

Labeled as a size 26, it fits more like a size 22/24, IMO. The material does not have any real stretch to it. Please refer to the measurements below PRIOR to bidding to ensure this garment's size meets your needs.

Please note that all measurements are taken flat, unstretched, in inches, with a fabric ruler.

Bust - Underarm seam to underarm seam: 26.75"
Under bust (between 2 black piping lines): 24.5"
Shoulder hem to top black piping: 16"
Top Black Piping to bottom hem: 26.5"
Top of cleavage "V" to top of black piping: 4"

A little, but not much more than what is shown in the pictures. It's NOT super puffy like something with crinoline under it. Does that make sense?
