Well, I've been doing this for awhile, if you had read the description, I stated there were smudges. I take pictures as well so a bidder can decide if they want to bid or use GIN. As long as I don't mis-represent the item, I am able to list whatever I want as long as it's within Listia rules. Maybe you should become better acquainted with Listia and their rules and get a little experience before you comment with ignorance and lack of education about this. Thanks.

cody as long as the seller states that there are issues like scratches etc... they are allowed to sell the item, now if they state that it works and its in perfect condition and then you get it and its all mauled up then you can gripe to listia and get a refund, but otherwise hush and don't put down good sellers for listing things properly, great auction kelley
