This is the Last I have of the Black Tulle..This is a Qty of 1 Yard Black 100 % Nylon Speciality Mesh Tulle or Speciality Scrubbie Mesh Material. Approx 36 inches long and 54 inches wide. Make what ever your project is whether it be Scrubbies, or an outfit, or craft idea. It is Brand New and just an unused portion from the original bolt. It is Black in Color. I bought a whole bolt of this and this is some of the portion I did not use. Any more questions please ask before you bid. I ship to the USA. No International Shipping. can this be used for making a quilt

I am not sure how to answer that. I suppose a quilt can be made out of any type of material, but tulle has the small holes in it....so I am not sure that would work too good. Tulle is used for Tu Tu's, Wedding veils, under wedding dresses, under skirts to make the fuller, also for scrubbies, hair bows and accessories...... I am not saying no, but I just am not sure.
