Thanks for your interest! No. I have it in the description that it's and AT&T locked phone. Yes it's been reset. I took the pic of it after it was fully reset so it would show it had been reset. That's why it has the iPhone logo like it does in the pic. Have a great day!

There's no pass code needed, by locked it means you can only use it if you use AT&T cell service because the phone is "locked" into AT&T.

What exactly do you mean by cracked cover? I see the photos but just wanting clarification if that means the screen is cracked or some kind of case or what? Watching!!

The front cover/screen is cracked. Back is not. In the pic it looks like the back has a bad scratch or something on it as well, but it doesn't have any major scratches. The front is what is damaged. I tried to get pic as best I could. Thanks for looking!
