It stretches to fit your form! I don't know the measurements, all's I know is it stretches to fit your form and its an extra large.

Sorry I just looked at the tag...its a small! Its for a 5' person and all around from top to bottom is 40 in. But it stretches so could be bigger...is that enough info. Or do u need more?
