Not sure how old it is...it uses AA batteries, yes on the interchangeable lens and it is 4.0mp

No, the lens cannot be changed. There are add-on lenses that screw onto the front of the built in lens but the 35mm equivalent lens cannot be changed. Its a 4 mp camera. But on the plus side, Fuji's color duplication and low light capabilities make this an exception camera for the beginner.
