This is real gold, not costume. Delight your mother with the real thing, with a heart in the place of the letter "O." She will definitely remember the occasion for which it was given.

"MOM" is cast in contemporary lettering, making this 10k gold ring quite unique. The heart/"O" has a knobby effect, with what appears to be a tiny diamond in the center. I don't know the history of the ring but considering the fact that it is made of real gold, I would assume that its set is a real diamond. I make no guarantees.

What is so nice about real gold is that it can be sized by almost any jeweler. It doesn't matter what size Mom wears. Present her gift and then have it sized. The roundness of the band appears to be slightly irregular. If sizing is necessary, that can be corrected.

This is a very dainty ring, with "MOM" measuring about 3mm high. Despite the sets' size, the band is not so thin as to break easily.
