no, not meant to be misleading, I copied and pasted from one of my other auctions and didnt pay attention to the fact that was in there. I will go and change it. besides per listia rules, I cant have it stated one way in the auction listing and have it different in the description. I would NEVER try to be misleading in my auctions. but I am human and make the occasional mistake.

no problem. I am just now trying to make sure no one thinks I am trying to pull a fast one on them. My auctions do just fine without me trying to mess with anyone about stipulations. I am glad something was said before I had a lot of people going "wait a minute.."
