this is a notebook cooling fan. you set your laptop on it . it says fan cooling system pulls heat away from the laptop and prevents the cpu from overheating during use. it plugs into the computer useing a usb cord. i will mail out on or before aug.19.

I have one of these and it works really well! The LED lights are cool, too!!
Easy to use... as stated, you place this flat on the desk or other surface, place your laptop on top of it, plug it in to a USB, and VOILA!! Looks COOL at night... Like a small spaceship landing on my desk!! :~} D

it doesn't have a brand name on the box . all it has is a model number JD-023. sorry couldnt help more.

i used it maybe 2 times. then i got rid of my desk so i didnt have a hard flat surface to use it on. it is still in the box it came in.
