This is another piece I have been holding on to for along time. yes real Sapphires and diamonds. I did take a diamond tester to them and they did show up as real diamonds even though they are small. I don't know what the ct weight of either the sapphires or diamonds.. This also has never been worn just put away.. There is a marking on the back that is 925 but gold over the top. This doesn't come with a chain.. This is exactly the way I received.. And I believe it came that way because of the original box it came with... A great piece for the giving..
