I can send you a copy digitally yes but as per listia rules I have to send a paper copy too

You really do not need to send a paper copy. I've got many digitally recipes and other things on here and have never heard of the paper bit.

Neither did I until last month and had a few of my auctions taken down due to their new policy something about the buyer being able to get it themselves online for free blah blah blah idk I'd have to find the direct link to show ya but I have no issue sending this digitally

You're right, I rechecked the rules since I haven't read them since I joined and that is a new rule I guess. I'll bid a few credits and if I win I would really appreciate the recipe digitally. I know I can find lots on the web, but I'd like this one that you've made and like. Sorry for all the hassle and thanx.
