Here are another 30 seeds from a Cardoon flower, Cynara cardunculus, is a member of the thistle family and related to the Globe Artichoke.
The stalk can be blanched and eaten. The plant requires a 5 months cool growing period and is frost sensitive.
it grows to about 100cm in heights and the striking violet-blue flowers are 10cm across and attract bees and rose chafers and wasps. Need direct sunlight all day. From my own plant.

They are very gorgeous. Be sure to keep watching I will be posting more. I have two or three plants blooming right now so I will have tons of seeds when they are finished blooming. :)
