The listing, NETGEAR Range Max Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter has ended.

This plugs into your laptop and extends your network coverage up to 10x more than wireless-g. Model WPN111NA. Basically if you have a weak signal in one part of your house to the wireless network you are connecting to, this will improve your signal.
This comes with the software and the installation guide. The only thing missing is the siver plastic cap that is to protect the usb male connector but I have a black replacement. My son used this because his room was too far away from the wireless router.
