Crucial model will likely start with CT and be 12 to 14 digits , letters and numbers.

You miss my point. I am unable to determine exactly what you are selling with the information you have provided so I don't know if it is something I need. The model number would tell exactly what it is and almost always is listed on the labels. If the labels are unreadable just say so. If not, it baffles me why you would not provide the requested information.
