This package will include
1- Weekly Exercise Goals (set personal goals each day and check them off as you go)
2- Vision Goals Worksheet (apply core concepts, set 1 year, 5 year and 10 year goals personal, health and career wise. Worksheet contains example)
3- Activity Planner (plan out your weekly cardio, strength, flexibility, etc. Comes with great workout ideas for each category)
4- Monthly Goals (plan out your monthly goal each month, list the things you need and notes about your progress, weaknesses, strengths, etc)
5- Exercise Log (keep a log of the minutes/steps/reps you did per workout and see your progress)
6- Work It Out Day By Day (each day is a new activity. Set a time, place, activity, partner(s), calorie goal and muscle workout) note: the quality of this one is a little fuzzy
7- Workout Worksheet (Make a goal and keep track of your cardio type, minutes, resistance and notes to yourself)
8- Workout Log (plan out how many hours a week you want to workout, pick the day of the week you want to start, set 3 goals and list your weekly thoughts. Pick the workout type, record your energy level, your weight, and make yourself daily notes. Also record the intensity of your workout for that day. Examples are given)
9 - Exercise Resolution (keep track of a FULL year of workouts and end the year with self reflection)
10- Weight Loss Resolution (bonus! keep track of your weight for the entire year and end the year with self reflection)
