The listing, Autograph Gale Sayers NFL HOF auto has ended.

This is a signed card of Gale Sayers. Many will remember him as the best return man ever or as a great RB for the Chicago Bears and football Hall of Fame member. Many other fans will remember him as the movie Brian's Song was based on the relationship of this player and the struggles of team mate Brian Piccalo. That is a movie that everyone should watch!

Signature was obtained through an request through the mail or TTM as many autograph collectors call it. This card is not a certified autograph and has no COA. I have been collecting autographs in person and through the mail for over 20 years and I have thousands of signed items. I am going to list a few that I have doubles of to see how they go and may post up more depending on the results. I have no idea of the cash value of the cards or the $$ value of the signatures. Please do not ask me as I have collected for fun and would have no clue on the value. Get It Now on these auctions will not be offered as I want to see if there is any demand on Listia for these types of items. I have been collecting autographs for over 20yrs and believe it to be an real autograph. The only way that you ever know that any signed item is authentic is to see it signed right in front of you. COAs are worthless as I have seen many certified items that are as fake as the day is long! I laugh at some of those COAs on here that the seller writes themselves. This item was signed through the mail for me and looking at other examples of his signature I do believe it to be real. I am sure as you look around signature auctions here on Listia that other members are not afraid to speak their minds when they see an item that does not look correct and you see no posts on my autograph auctions about those issues.
